This is a really good company. I love working with them. They're always so pleasant. They have always provided good customer service and even bent over backward to help me out a couple of days before Christmas due to some miscommunication on someone else's end. The situation had nothing to do with anything on their end, and they still made sure I got propane before the weekend. I used to go through UPG and they were absolutely horrible to deal with for the 3 years I was with them. I finally fired them after months of fighting with them over a $400 bill they said I owed, but it was paid as I was a pre-paid customer. They still send me a 50.00 tank pick-up fee bill, when they were fired due to the way they did business. So the Southern States Bowling Green Co-Op has literally removed the stress of ordering propane because of how great everyone is here.
